Weather in the Tri-Cities is fairly predictable, with an average of 300 days a year of sunshine. That being said we do see major temperature fluctuations, between 0-35 degrees (F) during the winters {with extremes as low as -20 degrees (F)} and 95-115 degrees for our summers.
